Our fully accredited and holistic program addresses each child individually. Our mission is to build confidence and love of learning, giving students a solid foundation for a healthy and happy life. Our longtime teachers and staff are dedicated to helping each child discover their unique potential - academically, socially, and interpersonally.A Child-centered, Holistic ApproachOur teachers and staff are guided by a Lifeways-based curriculum, which blends Waldorf and Montessori education principals. We pride ourselves on a low student to teacher ratio. Most classes have one teacher and one teachers assistant with a maximum of 18 students. Our teachers develop age-appropriate activities that introduce and strengthen academic and social skills. In addition to the basics, we offer students a range of gross motor and creative opportunities including weekly music classes, on-going drama workshops, and organized team sports. We strive to include enrichment activities that extend our students knowledge and understanding of the world outside the classroom. Each year, our older students take a field trip to a working farm, a post office, a fire station, and other local places of interest. We are also committed to parent education. For interested parents, we offer a number of seminars throughout the year to help you better understand and support your childrens development.EnrollmentOur school year runs from early September through late June.
