Bright Beginnings Early Learning Center provides individualized, developmentally appropriate services to children from birth to five years of age in order to maximize each child’s potential. Services may be delivered in family or caregivers’ homes, JRC operated sites, or other preferred community settings.Early Intervention Services are delivered to children from birth to 3 years of age, in accordance with NYS Department of Health guidelines. Integrated preschool programs are available for children 3 to5 years of age, and provided in accordance with New York State Education Department requirements. All of our early childhood services have been nationally accredited since 1999.
Our early childhood programs promote speech and language development, physical and emotional growth, pre-kindergarten readiness skills, self-help abilities, and positive social interactions. All of this is accomplished in partnership with families in a nurturing, supportive manner.The preschool is an integrated program, welcoming typically developing children at a competitive tuition rate. Supervised before and after school care is also available to working parents. Each of our (4) classroom programs, which are limited to a maximum of 17 students, includes a special education teacher, an early childhood education teacher, and at least one teacher assistant.
