Signal Centers is comprised of four programs - Adult Services, Assistive Technology Services, Children's Services and the Child Care Resource & Referral Network.
Signal Centers began in 1957, serving nine children with cerebral palsy. Today, Children's Services support over 120 children with disabilities and children who are typically developing at two locations - Chattanooga and Cleveland.
